Anybody have any opinions on binoculars for observing butterflies, other insects, and various close focus critters in the field? I found a ratings page at the North American Butterfly Assn. in which the guy seems to favor several models but I'm interested to hear about people's experiences and opinions here.

I use Pentax 10x25, they have really close focus. Close focus is the most important characteristic for insect binoculars. I like compact binos for backpacking, also they're light in the hand for regular walking around.
